If your package is stopped at customs, we will resend
your order at no additional charge. You must mail or fax
us the actual seizure letter within 30 days of the
order. We have the right to stop resending after
numerous customs’ seizures.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all unopened
products. All shipping charges are nonrefundable. A 25%
restocking fee will be applied to all returned, unopened
