Sustanon-250

Sustanon-250 is one of the most sought after anabolic steroids on the market due to the tout and promotion by the late great Dan Duchaine. However, it is also one of the more expensive testosterone compounds we have available and in recent years a new accepted truth has been taken hold; testosterone that is legitimate and the best priced should be your only real concern. Even so, many athletes swear by Sustanon-250, so much so that any other testosterone form is in their mind blasphemy; if there is a testosterone that has a cult like following it is this one. However, thanks to message boards and the PhD in Bro Science a host of myths and lies have been produced regarding the steroid over the years. Some of these myths do hold parts of the truth, others are outright ridiculous but we will separate fact from fiction and put you on your way to understanding this testosterone compound. We’ve taken some of the biggest myths regarding Sustanon-250 off of some of the most popular steroid related message boards and left you with only the truth.

Sustanon-250 Myths and Truths

Myth: Sustanon-250 is more powerful than other testosterones.

Truth: Testosterone is testosterone, the ester attached does not affect the hormone itself in-terms of power. In the case of Sustanon-250 we simply have a mixture of four different testosterones all coupled together, each with their own unique ester. This does not change the structure of the hormone or its mode of action.

Myth: Sustanon-250 is not a good steroid for a cutting cycle because of the long esters attached.

Truth: It is true; Sustanon-250 has one very long ester attached in Decanoate and a moderately long ester in Isocaproate that make up half of the total compound but this does not change the hormone structure, it only affects the half-life which affects the active duration. You can lean out with Sustanon-250 just the same as you can with Testosterone-Propionate; in the end, your leaning out success will be determined by your diet, not the form of testosterone you use.

Myth: You can replace the esters with other forms and still create Sustanon-250.

Truth: This myth like the rest is absolutely false. Sustanon-250 is defined by the four esters in the exact doses in-which it was created. Sustanon-250 has a makeup of Testosterone-Propionate - 30mg, Testosterone-Phenylpropionate - 60mg, Testosterone-Isocaproate - 60mg, and Testosterone-Decanoate -100mg. If we take out one ester we no longer have Sustanon-250, if we take out one ester and replace it with another we no longer have Sustanon-250. We may indeed still have legitimate testosterone but that doesn’t make it the product you were after. The reason this myth has become so prevalent is simple; many underground labs market other various mixtures as Sustanon-250 when in truth it’s not at all. Understand what you’re product is supposed to be and leave a happy customer.

Myth: Omnadren is more powerful than Sustanon-250.

Truth: While all testosterone is simply testosterone the myth in this case is even more ridiculous than the others listed so far, however it is also the most common. Both Sustanon-250 and Omnadren are comprised of 3 of the same four esters; the only difference is the longest ester in each. However, the longest ester in each is dosed exactly the same, at 100mg for a 250mg total when combined with the other three. The reason some believe Omnadren is more powerful is simple; because its longest ester Caproate is shorter than the longest ester in Sustanon-250, Decanoate, the initial results will be a little faster. However, once we get into several weeks of use we are on an even playing field with absolutely no difference at all.
